Do I need a Certificate of Ordination to perform a wedding
ceremony?

If you are  planning to officiate a wedding ceremony, you are required to be ordained by a church / religious organization and must be 18 years of age. You may be asked to show proof of your ordination, (some states or counties may also require you to register as a wedding officiant ), a "Certificate of Ordination" with any online religious organizations is your proof that you are ordained . Check your State and County website and know the laws before performing a wedding ceremony in your area.

What will I receive if I become a member of the Anglo-Catholic Diocese in North America?

Anyone requesting membership with the Anglo-Catholic Diocese in North America will receive a "Certificate of Membership" with a live signature of a church official and the Anglo-Catholic Diocese in North America official seal.
Other online organizations will ordain you for free, then charge you a fee for their "Certificates", the Anglo-Catholic Diocese in North America does not charge any fees.

What other  documents may be  required to perform a wedding ceremony?

Some states and counties require a "Certified Letter of Good Standing" before you can officiate a wedding ceremony. If you are planning to officiate a wedding,  check your state and county website to see if one is required. 

Do I need any other special documents or certificates to perform Baptisms,  Last Rites or officiate Funeral Services?

No, you only need a "Certificate of Ordination" to perform these services.
